Exercise

So I  joined Weight Watchers in April and I started going to the gym in May, but still I’m hovering at like the 10 lb mark of overall loss.

I’ve gotten bad about following either regiment recently though, with work and rehearsal it has just went to hell. But I decided to start the Couch-to-5k program because I wanted to take part in a Color me Rad run… However I get the distinct feeling that while I feel like I look like:

"Oh yeah... I'm HOT!"

 

I’m pretty sure what other people see is:

"Just let me die.."
